The Fosna Crafter - bushcrafter

An all-round bushcraft knife made of O1 / 12510 carbon steel. This knife is designed with a slim and ergonomic handle, a tapered tip and a sharp spine. The handle is slightly longer allowing you to easily apply many grips, and it is very suitable for both small and large hands.

‘The name Fosna comes from the Fosna culture, which is the oldest phase of the Mesolithic period in Norway and Sweden. It occurred along the southern coast of Norway and is a collective name for the oldest settlements along the Norwegian coast, from Hordaland to Nordland.’

A special feature of this knife, for example, is that the tip is fitted with a taper. This makes it slightly sharper and very useful for making holes in e.g. wood and precise cutting tasks. The back has a sharp 90-degree angle for scraping tinder and using a ‘firesteel’.

The sharp scandi blade is perfect for all cutting tasks in and around your camp, camping site, hunting or during backyard hobbies. The sharpening angle is 12 degrees per side.
